• How are Ashwagandha Calm Gummies different from Big Chill®?

  Both Ashwagandha Calm Gummies and Big Chill® use adaptogens to boost the body’s ability to resist stress. The biggest difference is that Ashwagandha Calm Gummies are a mixed berry flavored gummy formulated with the adaptogenic herb ashwagandha and amino acid L-theanine to promote relaxation and management of stress. Big Chill® is a capsule that’s formulated with the adaptogenic herb Rhodiola rosea to help manage stress response.

• How are Ashwagandha Calm Gummies different from Calm Sweet Calm™?

• Will this product make me feel drowsy?

  Ashwagandha Calm Gummies are non-drowsy. L-theanine helps promote a relaxed feeling without making you feel tired or drowsy.

• Can I take this product with Big Chill®?

  There is no problem in taking both, however it’s not necessary to. If you’re looking for a delicious gummy that will help promote relaxation and reduce stress symptoms we recommend Ashwagandha Calm Gummies. If you’re looking for a capsule formula to help you remain focused and ease stress levels, we recommend Big Chill®.

• What’s the difference between Beauty zzZz™ and Mighty Night™?

  Beauty zzZz™ is a melatonin and B6 formula designed to help you fall asleep. Mighty Night™ helps you stay asleep AND promotes nighttime skin renewal with its blend of Ceramides, CoQ10, Ferulic Acid and Valerian Root!

• Can I take Mighty Night™ during the day?

  We recommend taking Mighty Night™ at bedtime to benefit from its optimal sleep support.

• Can I take Beauty zzZz Gummies on an as-needed basis?

  Because Beauty zzZz Gummies are non-habit forming, you can choose to take it daily or only take it when you need help falling asleep. If you’re looking to maximize gut health and digestive benefits, we suggest taking Beauty zzZz Gummies daily. 

• Will this make me have to go to the bathroom right away?

  Nope! Beauty zzZz Gummies do not have a laxative effect. Our formula is designed to support overall regularity and digestion. 

• Can Beauty zzZz Gummies cause drowsiness?

  Due to the melatonin in the formula, Beauty zzZz Gummies cause drowsiness. We recommend taking it close to bedtime.

• Does Mighty Night™ cause drowsiness?

  No, Mighty Night™ does not cause drowsiness and is non-habit forming.

• Is this product vegan?

• Are these products gluten-free?

  Yes! All HUM products are gluten-free and tested to ensure gluten isn’t present at levels greater than 20ppm, which is the regulatory criteria for “gluten-free” set by the FDA.
